We use a strategic panning model for developing individuals very similar to the model we use for business development. Like a business, for an individual to be successful, they first have to identify what it is they believe and what their purpose is. From there we can leverage strengths and weaknesses to develop and engage in a clear plan.
Following this model documents goals, progress toward those goals, and invites accountability from an ongoing coaching relationship, boss, or mentor. This model is built so that the individual can continue to engage in the same process year after year for ongoing measurable and sustainable success.
